Includes two professional cleanings per year, two routine exams per year, necessary routine X-rays, an emergency exam, and 15% off additional treatment.
Family Membership — $99/month
Designed for the whole family, up to four children, and includes preventive care for the family, discounts on additional treatment, sealants discounted at $49 each, no waiting periods, and no annual maximums.
Founding Families also receive a first-year bonus of 15% off additional treatment, subject to final membership agreement and exclusions.
